2018 GHLI Special Open Enrollment

Here, you will find links and online access to the Aetna group health plan options designed for the Government Health & Life Insurance Trust (GHLIT) 2018 Explanation of Benefits and presentation slides for the 2018 GHLI Special Open Enrollment.  

The Special Open Enrollment will run from July 16, 2018 to August 16, 2018.  This open enrollment period will only be open to CNMI government retirees, annuitants and active employees not currently enrolled into the GHLI plan.

Once you have become a member, you may access your online account to generate temporary insurance Member I.D. cards and to retrieve other account details at aetnanavigator.com and aetnainternational.com.
